Returns policy
We are happy to receive back, with valid proof of purchase - in the condition it was sent out to you - any purchase you are less than happy with, for an exchange within 14 days. In this instance you will need to pay related postal costs.
Any piece that is considered faulty on inspection once received back shall be issued with a replacement or full refund, including postal costs, whichever is appropriate at the time.
With bespoke pieces being personal by design, these pieces are not returnable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping and delivery
We will ship to wherever you are in the world.
We offer various shipping options for you to choose from.
For the United Kingdom
Delivery is a first class/signed for service, insured up to £50 - taking 1-3 business days and has a cost of £2.50
Tracked, insured up to £100 and up to 500g, service - taking between 24-48 hours has a cost of £3.50
Special delivery before 1pm, insured to £500 and up to 500g has a cost of £5.50.
Rest of the World
International delivery takes 3-7 business days
Tracked and signed for service, insured up to £50, up to 500g has a cost of £10.
Tracked and signed for service, insured up to £500, up to 500g has a cost of £12.50.
